Welcome to phase 1 of your fitness journey to create an hourglass figure. Throughout this journey, we will be going through 6 phases to learn to train, build your muscle, and reveal all your hard work. In this first phase, we will be focusing on: x getting comfortable in the gym x building our base of muscle x training all of our muscles x learning how to optimize our nutrition around our workouts
